I am a corporate lawyer who has a personal litigation matter that I would like to handle myself. However, being busy and without litigation experience, I would like to get some help from someone who can do factual research, a little legal research, FOIA requests, review of documents, first drafts of basic legal documents (I'm sure I'll edit it to death, so I don't need a brilliant writer, but I do need someone detailed oriented to help me with the process and to make sure I'm using all the right forms), maybe join a deposition and help preparing questions, and so on. All around help. Rockland county experience a plus, but anyone who thinks that's irrelevant because they can figure out local practice is welcome.
