Entry-level collections attorney job in South Carolina

Collections firm outside of Atlanta, GA looking for South Carolina associate.​ This position will be a combination of traveling to all counties in SC for hearings and motions on collections cases, as well as working "from home" and being remotely connected to the Atlanta office to work on Motions, Discovery, Counterclaims and other pleadings as necessary.​ The attorney will work closely with the Atlanta office paralegals and will come to the Atlanta office for initial training and then approximately once per week afterwards.​ We are looking for a self starter who can work well without constant supervision; must have reliable transportation; must have already passed the SC Bar Exam.​ This is a great opportunity for an entry level attorney who wants learn civil procedure, gain trial experience and get to know court staff throughout SC.​ $35,000 salary; we also offer insurance and a $200.​00 monthly travel allowance.​

South Carolina document review attorney jobs

Hire Counsel is currently staffing a document review project that will start in late June/early July in Columbia, SC. This is a very large-scale project, and we are seeking several dozen attorney candidates. Candidates with an understanding of the discovery process are encouraged to apply. Prior document review experience is a plus, but is not essential.

Project Requirements:

• Active bar admission in any jurisdiction
• Availability in late June/early July through August

• Duration – 3 to 6 weeks
• Schedule – Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
