Strong and efficient legal research and writing skills are essential. Position involves representing Armed Service veterans in appeals of disability claims denials before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC). As with other appellate areas, work focuses on case record analysis, brief writing and argument. Pleadings are filed electronically, occasional travel to Washington, DC required. We are looking for an aggressive, high energy, conscientious attorney looking to expand or start their practice. What we offer is learning real estate law the right way from highly seasoned real estate attorneys. Part of your job will include paralegal type work, including reviewing and typing titles, preparing title policies etc. In addition, we are in need of someone that can handle the litigation work that is routinely referred to our practice. The position is part time to start (24 hours), and in addition to your pay you will receive a percentage of the work you bring in and work on. Please send resume in strict confidence.

Per diem attorney job in Rhode Island
Looking to add Of Counsel Attorney(s) to my growing law practice. This is per diem work paid on a contract basis.
