Creditor rights attorney job in Baltimore
We are an out-of-state creditor rights law firm looking to expand into Maryland. We are looking for a part-time associate (10-20 hrs per week) to handle our litigation throughout Maryland. The work involves representation of numerous clients in all aspects of the suit process including signing complaints and motions, preparing Maryland specific pleadings, and attending hearings, mediations and trials, as needed. Previous creditor rights experience a plus. This is a great opportunity for a solo practitioner seeking part time work or a stay at home parent that would like to earn extra money and has access to child care on an as needed basis.
Attorney must be organized, qualified to competently handle creditors rights litigation matters, able to work remotely, think on his/her feet in order to settle cases and/or obtain judgments and make court appearances. Salary based on experience, range is between $2,250 to $3,000 per month.
Attorney must be a member in good standing of the State Bar of Maryland and either maintain an office in the State of Maryland or have a home office available.
