Entry-level divorce attorney job in Arlington, VA
Part-time attorney needed for small Arlington law firm.
Specific hours open for discussion.
Must have Virginia State Bar license.
This is an entry level position. No experience is necessary, and training will be provided.
Practice is limited to uncontested divorce.
This is a busy office, and we need an attorney that can work fast and is willing to do both attorney and legal assistant work. This is not a traditional law office in which a secretary is assigned to an attorney.) Must be willing to do all needed to get the work done.
We need you to answer lots of phone calls, respond to tons of emails, and prepare documents including separation agreements, divorce decrees, motions, etc.
Must be available to appear in court on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
Must be willing and able to supervise our support staff to make sure daily work is properly prioritized and completed. This will be a critical part of the job, as we work on short deadlines.
This is intended to be a long term position. Please don't apply if you are looking for a temporary position; as extensive training is required. Salary can increase once commitment and dependability are demonstrated.

Benefits include (i) training sessions in areas of substantive entertainment law with practicing entertainment attorneys and (ii) credit on publications and informational products released through Sashay Communications. Schedule. You should be able to make a commitment of at least 10 weeks for a minimum of ten hours per week.
