National Consumer Law Firm seeks driven attorney licensed less than 3 years for its Consumer Litigation Department to assist consumers who are being harassed by debt collectors. Attorney must have working knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, have strong verbal and writing skills, and be interested in helping consumers enforce their rights. Attorney will have immediate exposure to clients, cases and courtrooms. Strong computer skills are required and prior litigation experience is a plus. The position requires the ability to effectively manage a high volume caseload. Position will require some Saturdays and starting salary is $40,000.00 per year.
