NYC area law firm seeks attorney to work as office assistant

This job doesn't list a salary, but it comes with no benefits and seems highly unlikely that it would pay well...

WHITE PLAINS 2 attorney busy firm PI/Real Estate/Trial practice attorney in need of an office assistant immediately;

Paralegal, (Pace nights Law Student) or attorney working as a paralegal;

This is for OFFICE work only NO Courtroom time

Work 3-4 days per week and good possibility of full time

Please have some experience and familiarity w/No-Fault, motions, drafting motions and legal research, Plaintiff's PI ( not carrier defense work) Trial prep, EBT's and dealing with clients, basic real estate transactions. If you have some PI experience, I will explain the other areas.

PLEASE be able to draft a coherent letter, schedule dates for meetings and have a working knowledge of pleadings Plaintiff/Def., Court required filing

SALARY BASED UPON EXPERIENCE NO BENEFITS

OFFICE suite is in class A bldg w/several other firms w/shared receptionist, conference rooms etc. parking in building, downtown White Plains walk to train
LexPI knowledge would be great
