The firm specializes in loan modification and debt negotiation, as well as Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy filings. Knowledge of or a willingness to immediately learn state foreclosure law is required. Familiarity with bankruptcy, recent regulatory changes in mortgage law, secured and unsecured debt negotiations, and mortgage backed securities is also required.

Responsibilities will include performing phone consultations for clients that have enrolled in one of our loan modification programs, fielding ongoing client inquiries, as well as assisting our team of negotiators in their interactions with mortgage servicers as needed.
