We have many cases on which lawsuits need to be filed. Discovery will need to be done, depositions conducted, case management conferences and pre-trial conferences attended, and, potentially, trials won. Essentially, the new attorney will be responsible for utilizing the company database and state of the art case management system to stay organized, draft all litigation materials, requests for medical records and correspondence to clients and attorneys. The new attorney will be provided with guidance and be expected to do everything to ensure that the insurance companies increase their offers and stop trying to take advantage of our injured clients.
