Entry-level Chinese speaking attorney job in New York

We are looking for immediate help. Lawyer or non-lawyer ok. The position requires a smart, highly organized, and responsible person. That's it.

Experience with DOE, public relations, and legal process extremely helpful but not necessary.

This is an excellent opportunity! If you are a lawyer, this is a great opportunity from top to bottom. If you are not lawyer, this opportunity will provide you with the chance to help with a great injustice.

Our case involves a federal discrimination case against Chinese parents and students of a public school. Issues involved are education law, 4th amendment of the US Constitution, 5th amendment of the US Constitution, 14th amendment of the US Constitution, equal protection, due process and the fundamental rights of chinese-americans.

MUST be fluent in reading and writing CHINESE. MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK MANDARIN AND CANTONESE.

If you just want some experience, I can consider a non-paid position as well. This can be a career defining case.

You will be working with a group of parents, including top lawyers, in a lawsuit against the Department of Education. some experience in law (any field such as real estate, federal litigation, immigration litigation, briefs, and commercial transactions is helpful but NOT REQUIRED.

To qualify as an associate, the candidate must have a valid NY state attorney license and must be fluent in English and Mandarin. Preference will be given to candidates with good knowledge of immigration and criminal law. Mandarin document review attorney job in NYC

Our client needs 1 Mandarin-fluent attorney for doc review. It's a long-term, translation project, paying $34/hr.

Project is 40 hrs. a week, possibility of OT, long term (several months).

Office is located on Long Island, not close to public transportation
