Small Quincy law firm seeks an outgoing associate with a minimum of 6 months of practical real estate conveyancing experience, either as a paralegal or attorney.
We are looking for a self-starter who can operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining close attention to detail. As our firm specializes in residential real estate transactions with a primary focus on the greater Boston area, candidates must have comprehensive experience with all aspects of conveyancing, including the negotiation of complex purchase and sale agreements, reviewing and amending condominium documents, resolving title matters and conducting closings.
Excellent communicational and organizational skills are an absolute must; our practice relies highly upon personal referrals and candidates are expected to have the ability to build and maintain close professional relationships with clients, lenders and real estate agents.
