Busy Petitioner's WC firm seeks entry level attorney to try WC cases. The job entails prearing files for trial, including reviewing medical records, doing stip sheets, taking depositions after being trained to do so and all other tasks involved with either trying or settling the claim. Spanish speaking applicants are preferred. Some knowledge of WC law is preferred but not required. Salary is commesurate with experince. 401K, medical insurance and potential for bonuses are all available in compensation package.
