We are a boutique landlord tenant law firm (5 people) looking for a NY bar admitted attorney to join our team. We are looking for someone who can work part time, 2-3 days a week, 8-hour days.
Please respond if you meet the following criteria:
Licensed to practice before the courts in the City of New York.
Able to make court appearances and arguments before judges.
Familiar with the NYC court system, locations, and related departments.
Positive and friendly, great with people and respectful of clients.
Can draft own papers.
Willing to help where needed including answering phones, faxing, copying, filing.
Able to multitask and prioritize.
Great organizational skills.
Have 1-3 years experience as an attorney.
L+T work, CPLR and civil procedure a plus.
