Entry-level contract attorney job in Philadelphia

The job is simple; you will recieve documents via email and go argue in court, probably the next day. The types of hearings include but are not limited to: civil hearings, POs, etc, 341 Bankruptcy Hearings, criminal hearings, and debt collection hearings. This is an excellent way to gain litigation/ courtroom experience, confidence and money. For the recent graduate looking for a job, there truly is no better way to make some money and gain extrememly marketable experience. The talk about gaining experience is not a ruse to disguise an insulting pay rate. You will get $80.00 per hearing, $30.00 per additional hearing at the same location, same day. Please respond via email with a cover letter explaining what hearings you believe you would be able to handle and why, a resume, and include where you are located how far you would be willing to travel per hearing. Remember, you will not get paid for your gas, so don't overextend yourself. I want this to be mutually beneficial and it can not be if you are spending all day driving to a hearing you should have passed on.

IMPORTANT MATTERS TO UNDERSTAND:
1. YOU WILL BE AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, NOT AN EMPLOYEE, THIS MEANS THAT IF YOU GET HURT DRIVING TO A HEARING, AT A HEARING OR AS A RESULT OF ANYTHING HAPPENING AT A HEARING, YOU WILL HAVE TO SUE SOMEBODY ELSE IN TORT, AND NOT ME IN A WORKER'S COMP CLAIM.
2. I WILL NOT CARRY MALPRACTICE INSURANCE FOR YOU
3. IF YOU AGREE TO GO ON A HEARING AND YOU JUST "SKIP IT" I WILL TERMINATE YOU IMMEDIATELY AND FILE SUIT AGAINST YOU.
4. YOU WILL BE PAID AS I INVOICE CLIENTS, I WILL STRIVE TO GET YOU PAID WITHIN 60 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR MONTHLY INVOICE. THAT CAN CREATE A PERIOD OF 90 DAYS OR MORE WHERE YOU HAVE TO WAIT TO GET PAID. IT IS INCREDIBLY INCONVENIENT, BUT YOU ALWAYS WILL BE PAID. IF I COULD DO IT ANOTHER WAY, I WOULD.
5. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO INVOICE ME EVERY MONTH WITH A LIST OF WHAT HEARINGS YOU ATTENDED, THE DATE, THE PARTIES, AND THE RESULT
6. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SCAN AND FAX ANY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS OR JUDGMENTS AND EMAIL THEM TO ME THE SAME DAY AS THE HEARING
7. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO REPORT THE RESULTS OF YOUR HEARING WITHIN 24 HOURS
8. YOU WILL NOT BE PAID FOR GAS, OR ANY OTHER EXPENSES INCURRED.
