Downtown Providence Litigation Firm. Seeking entry level appellate litigation associate for employment in the firm's Veterans Disability Benefits practice. Strong and efficient legal research and writing skills are essential. Position involves representing Armed Service veterans in appeals of disability claims denials before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC). As with other appellate areas, work focuses on case record analysis, brief writing and argument. Pleadings are filed electronically, occasional travel to Washington, DC required.
