Looking to add Of Counsel Attorney(s) to my growing law practice. This is per diem work paid on a contract basis. Must have your own professional liability insurance, computer, interent access and office supplies. Areas of the law and associated pay schedule listed below. Only serious inquiries only. Must be able to start immediately. No out of pocket expenses. We will pay all case related expenses. No need to spend marketing dollars - we do the marketing and get the cases in for you. Just need your time and professional services.
Real Estate:
Conduct Road Closings in RI - $50 each
Conduct Title Searches in RI - $50 each
Handle Refinance Closings from start to Finish - $150
Handle Purchase Closings from start to Finish - $250
Bankruptcy:
50% of attorney fee earned - You will be responsible for handling the case from start to finish.
Personal Injury
30% of attorney fee earned prior to litigation. You will be responsible for handling the case from start to finish.
40% of attorney fee earned through litigation. You will be responsible for handling the case from start to finish.
Divorces/Family Law
40% of attorney fee earned. You will be responsible for handling the case from start to finish.
Insurance Subrogation
50% of attorney fee earned (attorney fee is 1/3 of amount reocvered for client). You will be responsible for handling the case from start to finish.
