Looking for strong communication, presentation & problem solving skills. Must be knowledgeable of NY foreclosure legal/court process & predatory lending. Real estate, Mortgage, title experience necessary.
Responsiblities can include court appearances, preparing lawsuits with paralegal, researching past & new case laws/studies, reviewing legal foreclosure files incl. mortgage closing docs. Filing and preparing suits from discovery to settlement. Conduct public seminars to educate homeowners. Knowing how to structure cases is key to solving our clients problems.
Offices located in Staten Island, Manhattan & Queens.
Compensation: $3500 per month with profit sharing
