Immigration Attorney needed for contract basis over the next 6-8 weeks. Must be available for immediate start.
Candidate will be required to go to Immigration Court and USCIS offices in Northern Virginia and Baltimore.
Candidate should have experience practicing Immigration Law and be able to handle Master Calendars, Individual Merits hearings, Adjustment interviews, Natz, Infopasses, marriage based interviews, etc.
Spanish fluency a plus. Possibility of becoming full time, permanent.
Compensation: $175/day. When not in court, candidate expected in office.
