Solo practitioner attorney is seeking a contract paralegal or attorney for short-term, distinct projects in estate planning. The ideal candidate will be available on an as-needed basis for several short projects involving non-tax planned estate plans and revocable living trusts. Attorney has already completed assessment meetings with clients, but would like these fairly simple projects to be completed by someone confident in taking the process to completion. Experience with Prodoc is required.
The paralegal or attorney would be responsible for preparing several simple trusts using ProDoc in her downtown San Francisco office. Hours and times are flexible. In particular, the ideal candidate would be efficient, experienced, and self-motivated.
