Entry-level attorney jobs in Sacramento

Several positions available: Plaintiff's side boutique law firm seeks attorneys or recent law school graduates (0-2 years experience) with mortgage and/or real estate background to draft federal and state complaints, review files, and perform legal research. Knowledge of secured transactions, contract law, antitrust, fraud, RESPA, TILA, the Cartwright Act, bankruptcy, the housing industry and different home loan types IS A PLUS.

ALSO considering an attorney position that is sales oriented. Involves a high level of client contact. Requires a solid understanding of Litigation, different types of loans, wrongful foreclosure, bankruptcy (difference between Ch. 7 & 13). This position requires a sales mentality bound by the rules of professional conduct. This position begins as a full time contract position (~$15-20/hour) but will lead to full time employment for the right candidate(s), inclusive of pay raises, bonuses, and other incentives.
