We're looking for a TAX ATTORNEY for part time work, with experience in most aspects of IRS collection work, including IRS garnishment and levy removal, as well as IRS/State debt settlement procedure. Candidate must be detail oriented, organized, well spoken, and have excellent written / verbal skills. LITIGATION EXPERIENCE a plus.

REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a licensed California ATTORNEY
• Must have at least 2 years experience with IRS collection procedure. Litigation experience to handle small legal issues is a plus!
• Must have ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize.
• Must possess good all around computer and time management skills.
• Must be fluent in English with little or no accent.
• Must have a pleasant demeanor, be a self starter and team player.
COMPENSATION
PART TIME $25-30/hr, 10-15hrs/week . Although this position is part time through the holidays and January, we are looking to increase the hours into something more substantial once the season picks up again.
