1. Courtroom appearance and presentation.
2. Jury selection and Jury trial.
3. Family Law litigation.
4. Law and Motion in Civil, Family and Criminal cases.
5. Real Estate Law and litigation.
6. Bankruptcy Law and practice.
7. Adversary Actions in Federal Court.
8. Loan Modification and Predatory Lending litigation.
9. Immigration Law.
10. Insurance Bad Faith.
11. Criminal Law and sentencing.
12. Civil action including Jury trial.
13. Domestic Violence and Restraining orders.
14. Actual trial time in courtroom.
15. Deposition technique and taking of actual deposition.
16. Discovery propounding, Objection to and answering the same.
17. Discovery motion.
