Tampa attorney with busy practice seeks a part-time Law Clerk or Freelance Attorney to assist with memos, motions, and discovery related to foreclosure defense litigation. Must be able to deal directly with clients in a friendly manner. Training provided, but applicants should be familiar with Florida law and practice. This would be a good position for a recent law school graduate or current law school student looking to gain experience. Excellent references will be provided for excellent work. Must have own computer with access to internet to work remotely from home, as well as good time management skills. Serious inquiries only. Experienced attorneys NEED NOT APPLY.
Compensation: DOE. Up to $15 per hour to start if training required, DOQ.
