Seeking law clerks, paralegals or attorneys, etc. to file papers in court and copy court files.
Ideal candidates are those who are in court on a regular basis.
The compensation will be $20.00 for the first case you handle on any given day, plus $10.00 for each additional case. Some minor exceptions may apply. Coping charges and postage will be reimbursed. Transportation will not be reimbursed unless approved in advance in writing (ie, by email).
After filing or coping documents, you will need to promptly fax or mail me copies.
Experience is required.
Volume is relatively light. I expect to have no more than one or two tasks per week per court. This is not a full time job. This is intended to be a way for you to make some extra money while you are already at the court house.
Seeking people to cover all courts: NY Civil, Supreme & District Ct – New York, Kings, Queens, Bronx, Richmond, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, and New Jersey.
