We are located in DC metro area, you do not need to be but it wold be a plus
Primary role would be to:
review legality of agreements
provide legal advise
review contracts with contractors
prepare official statements as necessary
Development and implementation of strategies for perfecting and protecting the company’s intellectual property rights.
Should have an understanding of:
Contract law
loan agreements
Business law
would be useful if you have an understanding:
financial industry law
