Ideal candidate is a 3rd year law student, recently graduating attorney or MBA . Opportunity is ideal for someone that wants to get trial experience and take their skill set to a higher level.
Exceptional research and writing skills required. Duties include drafting/responding to discovery, Motions to Compel, Demurrers, MSJs, etc.
Including screening new calls, all paperwork on cases, trial preparation, settlement trial preparation and trial. Opportunity to grow with the company.
Candidate must also be able to work independently and handle a large case load in a fast-paced office environment
Compensation: $15 per hour
