Entry-level attorney job @ Washington, DC business law firm

"Base compensation is extremely low..."

Business law firm based in Washington, DC has openings for entry-level attorneys for temporary-to-permanent positions. The firm provides great training and the opportunity to work on a range of corporate, commercial law and immigration matters. Entry-level attorneys work closely with senior attorneys, gaining skills and experience, including in business and client development. Our primary staffing focus is for a M&A database project, and attorneys assist the firm with other matters depending on their individual strengths.

Successful applicants must be extremely hard-working and have outstanding written and oral communication skills. A degree or prior experience in business, accounting, engineering, information technology, marketing or graphic design is a plus, though not required. Foreign language skills are also a plus. Interest/experience in immigration law is also a plus.

Initial base compensation is extremely low, but there is potential for advancement/increases and other incentive pay.

Interested candidates should send a resume and along with a short cover letter setting forth compensation requirements.
