Entry-level immigration law attorney job in Manhattan

Entry-Level Litigation Associate for prestigious immigration law practice: requirements include JD, Bar admission, and excellent research and writing skills. The incumbent will appear in court for hearings and trials related to applications for asylum and cancellation of removal, removal/deportation defense, and greencard applications. Legal work will also involve family-based and business immigration petition, motion/brief/memorandum drafting, and travel to immigration courts around the country. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to gain experience in litigation and human rights law.

Compensation: 45K to start plus benefit
