Small boutique law office in the South Coast area with a diverse practice (real estate, litigation, bankruptcy, wills/trusts) seeks a part-time to potentially full-time attorney. Perfect position for a recent CA bar admittee. MUST BE HONEST, ETHICAL AND A HARD WORKER. We have a collegial atmosphere and are focused on doing high-quality work for our clients. This position requires strong computer skills, proficiency with Westlaw and other legal software, and the ability to take on substantial responsibility immediately. This includes handling basic court appearances, drafting/responding to discovery and front-line litigation work. Because this is an entry-level position, you must be willing to perform administrative tasks like answering the phone, scanning in documents, copying, making follow-up telephone calls and other similar work.
