Our Jersey City client is seeking 2 attorneys for a contract review project. Should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years financial services experience. Primarily the project would entail pulling agreements, interpreting provisions, confirming consent and inputting information into a database. The client wants to interview ASAP with the hopes of the project starting Tuesday, 01/17/12. The client prefers attorneys admitted in New Jersey but will consider New York admitted attorneys as well.
