High volume civil litigation firm in Media Pa (minutes from I-476 and I-95) seeks licensed Pennsylvania attorney for temporary position (2-3 months possibly longer). Duties will include handling all aspects of tort litigation (i.e. opening new files, drafting pleadings, perfecting service of process and judgments, possibly covering some depositions and arbitrations). The ideal candidate will have subrogation experience, however, no experience is needed as training will be provided. This position is a good resume builder and a good way to gain experience in Pennsylvania civil practice. Pay is $20 per hour for 40 hours as a 1099 contractor. Office is very casual and located near public transportation. This is a temporary position, however, there is a slim possibility that it could evolve into a permanent position.
