Our client is an insurance defense law firm that is gearing up for a high volume of files to come into the firm this month (December) from a new client.
We are seeking junior attorney candidates with insurance defense litigation experience, who are interested in working contract-to-hire. Here's what we are seeking:
-- Active New Jersey bar
-- At least 1 to 2 years experience in insurance defense litigation
-- Self-insured municipality experience is helpful and preferred but not required
-- At minimum, experience working up a file procedurally (law and motion) and making necessary appearances
-- Experience in premises liability
Initially, compensation will be $25/hour, with review and increase depending on ability to learn quickly, productivity and overall performance. All candidates will be selected with the intention of hiring full time with benefits again, based upon performance.
