Entry-level attorney job in Northern Virginia

Thanks to the reader who forwarded this full-time, non-paying job. As our reader observes: "Non-Paying Job 20 to 40 hrs a week: Doesn't that violate labor laws? Just how bad is the legal job market if someone with a law degree has a non-paying, full-time job at a private law firm? That is crazy."

We are a small, vibrant, boutique law firm with a congenial atmosphere that performs litigation and transactional work looking for a motivated, independent, law clerk or first-year attorney.

Location: We are located across the street from the fairfax courthouse

Hours: 20 to 40 hours per week.

Compensation: Non-paying

We are seeking a law clerk and/or first-year attorney to perform legal research and writing.
