Small Wall Street Employment Law Firm (Plainitff's-side) seeks an associate. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years solid litigation experience and be able to handle a case from inception up through trial (Complaints, discovery, depositions, motion practice, etc.)
Excellent writing and research skills are a must. If you do not have extensive discovery experience (especially conducting depositions) please do not send your resume.
Must be barred in NY (+ NJ bar and/or PA bar a plus.) Employment law experience preferred, but an extensive PI background (Plaintiff or Defense) is also OK (as well as former ADA experience).
Spanish speaking a Plus.
Firm handles cases dealing with: Title VII, ADA, ADEA, NYSHRL, NYCHRL, FLSA, FMLA, etc.
Salary: $50k + commission (on an increasing commission scale); 401k Plan available
