We are a law firm involved in a large, complex and exciting multi-million-dollar civil lawsuit in Pennsylvania. We are recruiting volunteer attorneys and third-year law students who wish to build their resumes and gain some valuable experience on a high-profile case. This case is unique -- the stakes are high -- and they will draw on your resourcefulness, legal acumen, and tenacity. You will be under the leadership of an experienced trial attorney. If you are looking for experience drafting pleadings and motions, conducting pre-trial discovery, going to court, investigating and researching, and brainstorming strategies with fellow lawyers, this is a fantastic opportunity. The parties involved in this case have been the subject of a number of books and motion pictures, and therefore confidentiality is required. If you are on your way out of law school, or a recent graduate, this will be an excellent (although unpaid) opportunity to get your feet wet.
You may work this job as a full-time or part-time position, or as an internship or externship. Mentioning that you worked on this case will be a definite resume-booster. Our offices are based on Route 73 in Marlton, NJ. You need not be a member of any Bar to participate in this case. Membership in the Pennsylvania Bar would, however, enable us to expand your role in the case.
