A consumer protection law firm seeks Texas affiliate attorney to assist in the handling of mortgage modification files. We have a nationwide attorney network and wish to have a local attorney assist with servicing Texas clients. We are FTC compliant with the recent MARS regulations.
We pay $100 per file. Working knowledge of real estate law, mortgage modifications, foreclosure defense and/or related law required.
