Full-time Associate Attorney wanted for a collection law firm in Bloomfield Hills. Minimum of two years experience in collection, bankruptcy and foreclosure required. Duties include appearing at 1st Meeting of Creditors, preparing, filing and arguing bankruptcy-related motions, preparing Sheriff's Sale Foreclosure packages and preparing and arguing state court motions in the Tri-County area. Must have experience with Bankruptcy E-filing.
Must be highly detail-oriented individual with working experience with MS Word and Adobe, must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. Immediate start date. No benefits, paid bi-weekly, 40K annual wages paid via 1099 at end of the year.

They violate labor law too and make you a 1099. Enjoy paying the full self-employment tax, used to be 15.3% Obama cut it to 11%, I think.
