Associate Attorney Position in Small Firm in Newark, N.J
Starting Salary $45K; salary is negotiable based upon related experience.
Responsibilities will include:
• Drafting motions and applications for immigration clients
• Assisting client's with USCIS interviews and initial EOIR court appearances
• Drafting motions and Divorce & Custody Complaints for family clients
• Appearing in Municipal Courts throughout New Jersey on various traffic ticket & DUI matters
• Occasionally provide court coverage for Criminal matters
Applicant must be fluent in Spanish & English
