Responsibilities:
• Represent claimants before ALJ on SSI/SSDI claims
• Write appeals and brief to the Appeals Council and/or District Court
Qualifications/Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience representing claimants for Social Security claims
• Knowledge of the 5-step sequential evaluation process
• Able to handle a high volume of cases on a daily basis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must type at least 35 wpm
• Possess and maintain a valid California Drivers License
• Dependable vehicle with auto insurance coverage
• Spanish speaking helpful
