A busy non-practicing attorney is looking for a 3rd year law student or recent grad/attorney who is experienced in legal research and litigation matters and who possesses strong analytical and writing skills. I need someone to be available as a resource for case researches, general researches, etc. . . . could be various memos, pleadings, general law and non-law related research. Work is not frequent. Work from home through emails and telephone conversations. $20 per hour (could be up to $30 depending on experience). MUST have access to West Law. We have a project right now involving a legal research in local quasi-governmental agencies in the medical field -- relevant experience is a plus.
