Newly admitted attorney sought at small, high quality personal injury firm, to eventually assume full case load of personal injury cases. The candidate should be generally familiar with state court practice. Federal court admission and bi-lingual skills would be a plus.
Position involves client contact, handling conferences, motions, all discovery and depositions. We have an active trial practice and the presumption is that you will participate in a trial within your first year at the firm. We give out as much responsibility as the attorney is capable of handling, so if you want to get your feet wet quickly, this is a good place for you.
1. You are admitted to practice in New York.
2. The range of salary that we expect to pay is $30k, plus bonuses based on case performance.
