I am seeking attorneys to serve as Of Counsel in New Jersey and New York. Familiarity with state court rules of civil procedure and making court appearances required.
Familiarity with one or more of the following practice areas also helpful:
- foreclosure defense, mortgage modifications, short sales, real estate closings
- credit card and loan collection defense
- landlord tenant litigation, lease drafting
- personal injury, car accidents, slip and fall, etc.
- family law
- health care, wills trusts & estates
- immigration, divorce, bankruptcy
Compensation: $50 - $150 per set of court papers, $100 per court appearance, additional compensation for complex matters.
