Respected boutique law office seeks attorney for full time associate position.
This position entails continuous contact with clients, artists, brokers and attorneys and is challenging, pressure driven, yet fun. The firm is particularly active in the areas of contract law, real estate transactions, alternative dispute resolution, divorce, personal finance, art law and estate planning. We requires the associate to make a 2.5 year commitment to the position, so this is a great opportunity for an ethical person who wishes to learn and grow with the firm.

Applicant must have at least two (2) solid years post-law school experience in contract law, civil litigation and/or real estate purchases and sales. Preference will be given to candidates with well-honed research and writing skills, experience drafting contracts, memoranda, motions and letters, who have proficiency in procedural compliance. We would like a flexible, good natured associate available to handle a variety of tasks. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must.
In the subject line of your application email, please state only the numbers of years you have been practicing since graduating from law school and the relevant areas of law in which you have experience. In the body of your email, please explain why you would like to work in a small boutique firm; your current and desired salary; some of your interests outside of the legal profession, preferred start date and any other pertinent information. Please paste rather than attach your resume and cover letter. Please attach writing samples and a letter of reference.
