Looking for enthusiastic, hard working, hungry plaintiff oriented attorney for a opportunity to join a two person law firm. We have too much work, but not enough workers. We are a well regarded medical malpractice and nursing home law firm that is expanding quicker than we can handle. Caveat - at this time, we can only offer small weekly stipend as a "salary" but will pay performance bonus when cases settle. This means you will get to share in the fee based upon your contribution. Eventual profit sharing/partnership opportunity for right person. This is not a job for someone just looking for a paycheck. This is an opportunity for someone to be a part of firm that will have exponential growth opportunity. You will gain real experience in being in the law practice. You can also work on your own files. Muni Court work, Wills, etc - if you have that type of work. We can also refer you some of these to supplement your incone. You will have office staff to assist. You will be a part of the firm's dedicated Web marketing campaign where you will be profiled and you will begin to develop your own client base OR continue to grow with the firm's client base that continues to expand every day. This is not a job for the straight A student who wants to write briefs. This is a job for someone who has the confidence/motivation to bet on themselves.
