Intellectual property and entertainment law firm seeks recent law school graduate (Class of 2009/2010) with some familiarity with federal litigation and copyright and trademark law to assist with our firm's litigation department. Duties will include: legal research, drafting memos, drafting pleadings, preparing exhibits, electronic filing using ECF, drafting and responding to discovery requests, document review, performing trademark searches. Part time, 4 hours a day but could lead to more hours depending on performance and work flow. Compensation: $20/hr.
