Growing telecommunications company based in Atlanta, GA has an immediate need for a project-based debtor/creditor rights attorney.
We are seeking a Corporate Debtor/Creditors' Rights Attorney with strong academic credentials and demonstrated legal skills. Candidate must have Georgia Bar admission. Responsibilities will include negotiating and settling various corporate creditor claims and assisting with the administrative dissolution of a subsidiary. Candidate will work closely with CFO in handling all financial requirements of any creditor settlements.
Ideal candidate will have direct prior experience in a variety of debtor and creditor engagements and have a successful track record in negotiating settlements. Experience in communicating with various credit agencies is a significant plus.
Projects would require familiarity and/or direct experience in dealings with third party agencies ranging from collection agencies to Dun & Bradstreet to Equifax.
Must be willing to work on an as-needed basis.
Compensation: Hourly $25.00
