I have an offer from eSurance to give me $3,000 for an auto accident which their client caused. This is their response to my request for $20,000. I would like a substantially larger settlement from them.
They offered to pay for my medical care - -$3000 - as of the date of my claim, but not for pain and suffering or for risk of continued need for medical care. The accident was in SF, CA where I reside.
