I am considering moving my contract dispute case to Federal Court under the Diversity Statute.
I am in Florida, the case is in Wanyne County, MI.
Right now I have a low cost attorney in MI and a paralegal in Florida helping me hold my costs down so I can afford to fight this nusiance suit. My MI attorney has not been admitted to Federal so I would new representation.
My budget is low, so please reply if you are interested in helping. Compensation: $100 to review a Motion we prepare, $150 to attend a hearing, more or less.
