A fast-growing oncology-based drug development company located in Dallas, Texas, is looking for an Attorney with an interest in Intellectual Property, specifically Patents, to manage the company’s Patent Portfolio.
Compensation will be $ 35,000 plus benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a start-up company led by highly successful entrepreneurs. A science background would be highly preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing to work hard and is a team player.
Job Responsibilities associated with this position include, but are not limited to, overseeing annuity payments, communicating with Patent Agents in 133 countries, monitoring the status of pending patents, assisting PhDs in filing responses to Office Actions with various Patent Offices. Should have 1-2 years’ experience, but entry level candidates will be considered. Patent bar licensure is a plus.
