Candidate must be a nonsmoker and reside within communiting distance. Candidate must know how to conduct legal research on lexis nexis and prepare pleadings for filing with court. Candidate should be quite familiar with the CCP Discovery Act and Evidence Code. Candidate's skills should include wordperfect, excell, outlook, legal solutions plus and internet searches. Hourly rate for full or flexitime is $10.00 per hour with review in 30 days. No benefits offered for 60 days.
